All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF). The price displayed at the time of purchase shall apply.

Payment must be completed in full before the order is shipped.

5. SHIPPING AND RISK

The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the goods have been shipped.

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

7. CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS

Returns will only be accepted if the goods are returned in their original condition:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free from signs of use
• Complete, including all tags
• Returned in the original packaging

If the goods are returned damaged, worn, or incomplete, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or reduce the refund amount accordingly.

8. LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits, or loss of data.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.

The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered location of the company.
