Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Condition of Returned Items

Returns are only accepted if the item is:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free from signs of use
  • Complete, including all original tags
  • Returned in its original packaging

If the item is returned damaged or used, the refund may be reduced accordingly or refused.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As stated above, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
