A. General Terms and Conditions


§1 Scope, Customers

  1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between

and its customers in the version valid at the time of contract conclusion.

Conflicting or deviating terms of the customer shall not be recognized unless expressly agreed to by the Company.

  1. Customers within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions are both consumers and businesses.
  • A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade or profession.
  • A business is any natural or legal entity acting in the course of commercial or independent professional activity.
  1. We supply customers worldwide.

§2 Offers and Conclusion of Contract via Website

  1. All offers are non-binding and subject to change. A contract is only concluded when the Company accepts the customer's offer.

The Company reserves the right not to accept orders in case of typographical errors, calculation mistakes, or incorrect product information.

  1. Upon receipt of an order, the Company will send an order confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the offer but merely acknowledges receipt.
  2. By placing an order via the website, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

The contract is concluded either by:

  • explicit acceptance via email, or
  • shipment of the ordered goods

The Company may accept the offer within 5 days.

  1. In the case of payments via PayPal, credit card, or instant transfer, the contract is concluded upon submission of the payment.

§3 Prices and Payment Terms

  • Instant payment services
  1. Payments are due immediately unless otherwise stated.
  2. All prices include applicable taxes but exclude shipping costs.

§4 Shipping Costs and Import Duties

  1. Shipping costs are charged in addition to the purchase price and are clearly displayed during checkout.
  2. For deliveries outside Europe, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These must be borne by the customer.

§5 Late Payment

If the customer fails to pay after a reminder, they are in default. Interest may be charged in accordance with applicable law.


§6 Delivery and Partial Shipments

  1. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

If the customer specifies a safe drop-off location with the shipping provider, the risk transfers upon delivery to that location.

  1. The Company reserves the right to deliver orders in multiple shipments where reasonable. No additional costs will be charged.

§7 Delivery Times

Dispatch usually takes place within a few business days after payment.

Delivery time is generally 2–3 weeks, but may vary depending on demand and logistics.

This is a non-binding estimate.


§8 Transfer of Risk

  1. For business customers: risk transfers upon handover to the carrier.
  2. For consumers: risk transfers only upon delivery.
  3. If the customer delays acceptance, this is considered equivalent to delivery.

§9 Retention of Title

  1. Goods remain the property of the Company until full payment is received.
  2. For business customers, ownership remains until all claims arising from the business relationship have been settled.

§10 Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

  1. Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Customers will be informed separately about:

  • conditions
  • procedures
  • legal consequences
  1. Return period: 14 days
  2. Return shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed
  • Returns must be sent within 14 days after withdrawal
  1. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
  • customized products
  • personalized goods

§11 Warranty and Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply.

Liability is governed by applicable law.


§12 Data Protection

  1. Customer data is treated confidentially.
  2. Data is collected, processed, and used only for order processing and in accordance with applicable laws.
  3. Customers may request information or deletion of their stored data at any time.

§13 Final Provisions

  1. Swiss law applies, excluding the CISG.
  2. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
  3. Contract languages: English.
